Can Do! Ambassador

Can Do! is currently seeking parent volunteers to serve as 2021-22 Family Giving Campaign Ambassador.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to): 

  • Act as a Can Do! liaison for a specific school site. 

  • Assist and support staff in executing the annual Family Giving Campaign on assigned campus and encourage family participation school wide.

  • Attend various Can Do!/School events (if possible) for example: Back to School gatherings, Donation Days, Holiday Concerts & Open House events.

  • Participate in weekly (via phone) district wide FGC Team meetings. 

  • Educate new families regarding Can Do! programs, value and needs.   

  • Provide Can Do! updates during monthly HSC meetings and Can Do! principal meetings, as needed.

  • Help update FGC marketing materials on school sites (i.e Participation Challenge banners and classroom posters).

  • Provide donor feedback to Can Do! staff and help with donors with questions as needed.

  • Contact families to encourage donations, solicit support, as needed.

Time Commitments/ Schedule:  

Can Do! asks FGC team members to attend weekly 30- 45 minute teleconference to review school participation and campaign income. Due to current remote learning environment, all FGC meetings will be held remotely.
